Dan MacLeod is the Senior Pastor of the Vineyard Church of Harford County. He was born in the Philippines. He came to know the Lord in 1972. Enthusiastic about his radical change of life, Dan became involved with a local church. He attended Southeastern Bible College (Now Southeastern University) and came to Maryland in 1980. In 1983 he met the original Maryland church planting team on the docks of Annapolis who were planting one of the first Vineyards on the east coast. Later that year, he felt prompted by the Lord to connect with the Vineyard and has been a part of the church since 1983. Dan has been serving and leading various ministries within the church. He came on staff in 1997 with the Vineyard Community Church of Central MD and left to plant a church in Harford County in April 2008. Dan has a desire to see people equipped to do Kingdom service and to release them to do what God has placed on their heart.
Suzanne MacLeod co-pastors with Dan in their new adventure. She was born in Manhattan, NY and was raised most of her life in Harford County on a local farm. She came to know Jesus at a Baltimore Billy Graham crusade. She is a graduate of Notre Dame College in Baltimore and has her Masters in Music Education from Towson University. Suzanne has been a public school educator for 23 years. She teaches elementary education in Anne Arundel County. Suzanne has served in many areas of ministry at VCCCM over the years. She led worship there in many different type of arenas. From small groups to East Coast Women’s conferences. Suzanne has a heart to see others succeed in what God has called them to do and wants to see disciples making disciples, the giving away of what God has given to you here at VCHC. Dan & Suzanne have both graduated from the four year pastoral track at Vineyard Leadership Institute spring of 2009.
Dan and Suzanne are best friends and have been married since 1989. They have a wonderful daughter and son in-law, Elizabeth and Tim.
